We were brought in to project manage and deliver this exceptional 12,000 m², nine-bedroom private residence, set against panoramic sea views and surrounded by over 5,000 m² of sun-drenched terraces.The property features an expansive indoor swimming pool, private cinema room, and fully equipped gym, combining resort-level amenities with the comfort of a family home.From inception to completion, this was one of the most complex and demanding projects imaginable. Over a five-year build programme, every detail was meticulously coordinated and executed to the highest standard. The result is nothing short of breathtaking. A testament to the quality of the design and build, the completed property was featured not once, but twice, in Country Life magazine.
