We are proud to announce that we have been drafted in to help manage the restoration of a Grade II listed Manor House that has sadly suffered extensive fire damage.
This historic property requires careful, sensitive management to ensure its architectural integrity and character are preserved throughout the restoration process. Our role will involve coordinating specialist contractors, overseeing compliance with conservation requirements, and guiding the project through each stage with precision and care.
While the damage is significant, our focus is firmly on restoring the Manor House to its original beauty, ensuring that its heritage, craftsmanship, and historical value are protected for generations to come.
We look forward to playing a key role in bringing this remarkable building back to life and will be sharing progress updates as the project develops.

Project Update: Roof Works and Bespoke Trusses Underway
Works are now well underway on the roof, with new bespoke timber trusses being manufactured and installed as part of the wider repair programme.
This has been a major and highly complex phase of the restoration, requiring detailed assessment, precise craftsmanship, and a deep understanding of traditional construction methods. Fortunately, our in-house joiners bring extensive experience in heritage and structural timber works, allowing us to approach the task with confidence and care.
Each truss has been carefully designed and produced to match the original structure, ensuring both structural integrity and historical accuracy are maintained. Alongside the trusses, essential roof repairs are progressing to stabilise the building and prepare it for the next stages of restoration.
Despite the challenges presented by the extent of the damage, progress has been strong, and this phase marks a significant step forward in returning the property to its former condition.
Further updates will follow as works continue.

News Update: Bespoke Clay Chimney Pots Completed
Our new bespoke, hand-made clay chimney pots are now complete and they’re looking fantastic. Crafted using traditional methods, each pot has been designed to complement the character of the building while providing long-lasting performance. This finishing detail adds both function and authenticity, and marks another important milestone in the project’s progress.
